FestLive respects your choices and your trust. This policy explains how information is handled when you discover festivals, book sessions, message guides, join video experiences, use gifts or manage your account.
This Privacy Policy applies to the FestLive mobile application, its official website and the account, festival, booking, messaging, live video, gift, report and settings features covered by those services.
It does not apply to third-party websites, payment pages or independent services. Those services publish their own privacy information.
We handle information needed to provide features, complete transactions, protect the community and respond to requests.

We do not intentionally read your address book, precise location or the complete contents of your photo library. Text, images or documents that you choose to submit may contain personal information, so please review them before sending.

Where a feature needs your permission, we will request it in context. You may withdraw an optional permission, although the related feature may then stop working.
Your display name, avatar, public posts, public reviews, public region and guide profile may be shown to other users according to the visibility choices available in the service. Chat content, booking details, reports and transaction records are not public posts.
We do not sell or rent personal information or provide it for unrelated advertising. We may disclose information when you ask us to perform a feature, when needed to process a payment or refund, to protect users and the service, or when required by law. Each processing partner is limited to the purpose it is engaged to perform and must apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
If you upload another person's personal information in a post, chat or report, you are responsible for having the appropriate permission to do so.

You can start account deletion from Settings → Delete account in the app. Once deletion is completed, you will not be able to use that account. Records needed for completed transactions, an active dispute or a legal obligation may remain for the necessary period.
Within the app, you can review and correct profile details, manage optional permissions and reminders, and request account deletion. You can use the relevant case record or appeal entry to ask for a review of a report, safety action or content decision.
Some requests may require account verification. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, you may exercise them through the in-app privacy and account controls described in this policy.

We use access controls, account protections and feature-level permission checks designed to reduce misuse and unauthorised access. You should keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes confidential.
FestLive is for people aged 18 or older. Registration includes age confirmation; minors must not register, use live video or purchase Fest Coins. If we identify an account that may belong to a minor, we may restrict, verify or delete it.
We may update this policy when features, legal requirements or safety measures change. The new version and effective date will be shown on this page. We will use an in-app notice or another appropriate method for material changes.
For questions about privacy, correcting information, deleting an account or this policy, submit a request through Settings → Privacy, Permissions or Delete account in the FestLive app. For reports or content decisions, use the relevant report, case record or appeal entry.
Describe the request and the account concerned, but do not send a password, verification code or other sensitive credential. We will use the information you provide only to understand and respond to the request.
